During the training Employee participation in an international context, you will learn how you can effectively exert influence within an internationally organised company as a works council member.

In many international organisations, key decisions are taken outside the Netherlands. This often leaves works councils with limited insight into and influence over local developments. This training helps you understand the international context in which your organisation operates and shows how works councils can still exert influence. You will explore practical and legal options, supported by best practices from other international works councils.
